選擇

我們在失落時總會慨嘆，如果當初xxxxx便好了；又或者如果當時不yyyyy會更好；假若時光真的可以倒流，我們又怎麼知道the road not taken更好？還是應該接受現實go with the flow？

其實，人生還不是一場選擇遊戲嗎？

記起讀英國文學時Robert Frost的一首詩：

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;      

Then took the other, as just as fair,

And having perhaps the better claim,

Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

Though as for that the passing there

Had worn them really about the same,      

And both that morning equally lay

In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

I doubted if I should ever come back.       

I shall be telling this with a sigh

Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

Gwyneth Paltrow有一套舊片Sliding Doors(港譯：緣份兩面睇；中台譯：雙面情人)，我好喜歡，導演拍活了命運(fate)於一秒之間的變化與選擇(choice)的微妙關係。此片香港已絕版，幾經辛苦在台灣才找到它的DVD。By the way當年的Gwyneth真的好美好有氣質啊！
